JupyterLab

Oceanum.io provides an open source Jupyterlab extension called Oceanumlab to allow direct interaction with the Datamesh.

Installation​

pip install oceanumlab

Features​

  • Work with the Datamesh UI inside Juoyterlab
  • Workspace synchronisation with Jupyterlab
  • Drag and drop Datamesh queries into your notebooks

The Jupyterlab extension currently only supports python code injection
